Account Director wanted
Who we’re looking for
You’ll have 10+ years’ agency experience and be confident leading campaign projects, nurturing senior client relationships and driving sustainable growth. You’ll combine commercial acumen with creative instinct — able to inspire teams, challenge thinking and spot new opportunities.
While we value experience in health, public sector and not-for-profit, we’re not fixed, as long as you’re willing to learn. That said we’re particularly interested in candidates whose background extends beyond FMCG and retail; we know you’re fabulous too but other experience tends to fit better with our clients/projects. We’re looking for someone who understands complex stakeholder environments, longer-term behaviour change and purpose-led communications.
You’ll be:
- A strategic thinker
- Proven in identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable negotiating at senior level
- Commercially driven, but purpose-led

Salary: £45k-£55k dependent on experience
